Stepping in during the early stages of this 45,000 sq.ft. project, SGH partnered with Ipsos to help evaluate whether to relocate to a new office space or stay and renovate their current location to better suite their desire for a more collaborative work environment. After an extensive evaluation, the decision was made to go through with a renovation and design a new space that encourages collaboration and fosters connection amongst the teams. This project was complete in two phases of construction. Their new space is a state of the art workplace that met their budget and exceeded their expectations.
