Doane Grant Thornton engaged SGH to renovate 1.5 floors of their existing office space in downtown Kelowna. Working closely with the client team, SGH conducted a comprehensive workplace assessment to better understand their current operations, future growth, and evolving workplace needs. Through in-depth surveys and stakeholder engagement sessions, the team gathered valuable insights from employees and leadership to inform the design direction.

Collaboration, inclusion, and community emerged as the guiding principles for the project. Inspired by Kelowna’s vibrant culture and natural surroundings, the design incorporates warm, sunlit tones that reflect the region’s relaxed lifestyle and landscape. These elements are balanced with Doane Grant Thornton’s bold corporate brand palette, creating a workplace that feels both locally rooted and distinctly reflective of the organization’s identity.
