For its Canadian headquarters, global financial services and Forex firm CMC Markets envisioned a workplace that reflects both performance and presence within Toronto’s Financial Core. Located at CIBC Square, the project delivers a refined, sustainable environment designed to support the demands of a fast paced, global organization.

Acting as Prime Consultant, SGH worked with Sydney based design and PM firm, Brown James. Together, we translated CMC Market’s global standards into a highly functional and thoughtfully designed workplace.

The space includes a variety of collaboration and meeting settings, a café style lounge, a large boardroom, and a secure trading room. Floor to ceiling views stretching southwest across Lake Ontario and the downtown skyline create an inspiring backdrop, reinforcing focus, energy, and connection throughout the suite.
