Passion
Design is in everything we see and do, and really great design has a truly transformative impact which drives me to always do my very best to ensure we get to that place. My deep connection to nature and the outdoor world means that I take every decision to create spaces seriously. Our collective ideas must ring true and provide meaning for the people it affects. I feel lucky to be doing exactly what I love to do at a time when design’s impact has recognized value. My goal as a thoughtful leader is to continually elevate this experience in collaboration with others.
