SGH partnered with the Prescott Group, an organization in Halifax dedicated to empowering adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, to design a space that embodies inclusion, dignity, and belonging. The design approach was rooted in Prescott’s mission: to create an environment that feels welcoming, safe, and joyful for all. Accessibility and comfort were key priorities, ensuring that every element supported ease of movement and engagement.

Soft, warm materials instill a sense of security and value, while playful, vibrant details celebrate individuality and encourage confidence.
