A giant leap! Revolutionizing an existing office space into an open work environment for this family-oriented and well-established manufacturer of products for the construction and mining industry. This change was driven by the desire to increase interaction and break down existing barriers between directors and employees. SGH was retained to design this new 15,000 square foot flex building in Oakville, Ontario. The timing was perfect as design of the building’s exterior and interiors overlapped which allowed SGH to incorporate construction materials reflective of the client’s products. The result is a harmonious blend between raw elements of earth, minerals and sediment paired with more refined details to represent welcoming culture.
