InnVest Hotels engaged SGH as Prime Consultant to revitalize the lobby and conference spaces at Delta Hotels Prince Edward in Charlottetown. The existing lobby, once primarily a pass-through space, was re-envisioned as a vibrant destination where guests would choose to gather, dine, and linger.

Inspired by Prince Edward Island’s coastal landscape and craftsmanship, the design introduces warmth, texture, and layered lighting to soften the scale of the large-volume space. A sculptural ceiling feature inspired by traditional lobster traps anchors the lobby, while ocean toned carpets, natural wood finishes, and curated details create a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. The transformation enhances the guest arrival experience and establishes a renewed sense of place rooted in East Coast hospitality.
