A global technology company engaged SGH, in partnership with IA Interior Architects, to support the delivery of their first Canadian headquarters in Toronto’s tech corridor. Initially brought on to audit a partially completed drawing package, SGH quickly assumed responsibility for completing Construction Documents, leading Construction Administration, and guiding the project through permitting and execution following a significant budget realignment.

Working closely with the U.S. based client team, consultants, and construction partners, SGH translated an established global brand vision into a buildable Canadian solution. The space was designed to function as a Client Demonstration Centre, blending immersive brand moments with high performing workplace environments. Through disciplined coordination, value engineering, and local expertise, the final result reflects the company’s bold identity while establishing a strong and authentic Canadian presence.
