Danielle is a strong team leader whose range of experience includes design concept development, space planning, working drawings, custom millwork details and site management. Her attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and great client relations makes her a great asset to the SGH design team.

Senior Designer, Business Relations, Halifax, NCIDQ, IDNS

With over seven years of industry experience, Moriah brings a strong foundation in design, technical skills, and architectural knowledge to her role. Known for her dedication, teamwork, and organizational strengths, she ensures projects are delivered with precision and on schedule. Based in Halifax, Moriah not only leads design work but also builds and nurtures business relationships, staying actively connected within the industry and engaging with other leaders to drive collaboration and growth.

Studio Director, IDIBC, NCIDQ

Alexis is the lead of our Vancouver office. She has worked on a variety of projects and has developed a wide skill set. She has designed over 100 tenant improvements throughout Metro Vancouver with projects ranging from small office upgrades to large scale full floor build-outs. Alexis works directly with trades, consultants, engineers and inspectors to ensure the quality of work is being held to a high standard.

Design Director, ARIDO, NCIDQ

As Design Director Rebecca leads project teams through the design process to create exceptional spaces that impact the employee experience. With over 10 year’s experience in workplace design and an approach rooted in curiosity and research she plays an key role at SGH in delivering effective and enduring workplaces. Her focus on being an accessible and approachable leader drives innovation and forward momentum in the studio making her an invaluable asset to the team.

National Director, B.A.A.I.D, ARIDO, IDC, NCIDQ , LEED AP

Erin’s position as National Director includes managing National Client accounts, as well as overseeing management and resourcing of our Design Studio. Erin understands the complexity of Interior Design projects, and how to seamlessly deliver award-winning projects of all sizes,  from 2,000 to 450,000 SF. She has experience with global accounts, and oversees our projects all across Canada. With over 30 years in the industry, Erin excels in leading projects with a special affinity for large commercial office projects and FF+E. Her organizational and communication skills are a great asset to the SGH team.

Monika quickly learned that creativity starts with an idea and as designers we work with ideas to ignite and excite our audience. Monika is at her best when working with the team, sharing knowledge and experiences. With over 30 years in a design and leadership role, she is proud to say that each day is still new and exciting. As Partner in the firm, Monika is most interested in balance and equality across our studios.

In 1993 Monika graduated from the Environmental Design Program from the Ontario College of Art. Her career started at Marshall Cummings; with only 2 years’ experience. Monika was hired as Intermediate Designer by Smith Grimley Berg now SGH Design Partners. Since then, her career path has been solid, focusing on studio creativity to bring elevated design and excellence to every project.
